Most of our projects are whole homes, whole floors or whole buildings. If yours is smaller, talk to us anyway - we’ll point you to the right route.

We don’t promise nothing will change. Plans change once you live with them, and older buildings hide things. What we promise is that nothing about the price will surprise you.
- What’s fixedOnce the design and specification are agreed, the works have one fixed price for that scope.
- If you change somethingYou get the price and the effect on the programme in writing. Nothing happens until you approve it.
- What no one can see yetAnything hidden in an existing building is named on day one as an allowance, and adjusted to the actual cost.
- Finishes you haven’t chosenCarried as an allowance, adjusted up or down once you pick.
