About
One team, from first sketch to handover.
Fedan designs, manages and delivers high-end homes and workspaces. One team holds the design, the cost and the programme, so the scheme you approve fits your budget, and you always know who to call.
We have run sites, not just drawings - so we price and plan for how a build really goes.

Who builds
We lead the design, the cost and the management. Our vetted network builds. We say that plainly, because you should know who is on your site.
Transparency
A clear price for every stage, a programme you can see, and plain answers about how we work and who builds.
Precision
In the numbers, the programme and the detail.
Discretion
We never name a client or show their property without their sign-off.
